DAY-1 Diet And Workout Plan

BREAKFASt
- Drink a glass of warm water as you wake up
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Boiled Eggs
- Two slices whole-grain toast with one pat butter each
- One cup of black coffee or herbal tea
LUNCH- 2 multigrain roti
- 1 bowl vegetable subji / non-veg subji
- 1 bowl boiled pulse chaat (rajma, chana, black chana, green moong etc)
SNACKS- One banana
- One cup plain yogurt with two tablespoons honey
DINNER
- 1 bowl of soya curry with 2 chapattis
- 1 small bowl of cucumber and tomato salad
