 DAY-1 Diet And Workout Plan


BREAKFASt
  • Drink a glass of warm water as you wake up
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Boiled Eggs
  • Two slices whole-grain toast with one pat butter each
  • One cup of black coffee or herbal tea

LUNCH
  • 2 multigrain roti
  • 1 bowl vegetable subji / non-veg subji
  • 1 bowl boiled pulse chaat (rajma, chana, black chana, green moong etc)

SNACKS
  • One banana
  • One cup plain yogurt with two tablespoons honey


DINNER

  • 1 bowl of soya curry with 2 chapattis
  • 1 small bowl of cucumber and tomato salad
