 Day-2 Diet Plan


BREAKFAST
  • Drink a glass of warm water as you wake up
  • 1 Bowl Boiled Gram
  • 2 Boiled Eggs
  • One cup of black coffee or herbal tea


LUNCH

  • 2 rotis
  • 1 serving white rice 
  • 1 cup dal
  • 1 cup mixed vegetable curry
  • 1 cup salad 


SNACKS

  • 1 cup moong bean sprouts
  • One cup plain yogurt with two tablespoons honey


DINNER

  • 2 rotis
  • ½ cup mixed vegetable curry / chickpeas
  • 1 cup low-fat curd
  • 1 cup salad
