BREAKFAST
- Drink a glass of warm water as you wake up
- 1 cup Low-fat milk
- 1 bowl of poha
- One cup of black coffee or herbal tea
LUNCH
- 2 multigrain roti
- 1 bowl vegetable subji / non-veg subji
- 1 bowl veg
- 1 bowl dal
- cucumber salad
SNACKS
- 1 cup watermelon
- 1 cup green tea or herbal tea
DINNER
- 200gm paneer bhurji
- brown rice
- One cup baked beans
- One cup cooked carrots
