Day-6 Diet Plan

BREAKFAST
- One cup corn flakes with honey and one cup non-fat milk
- One banana
- One boiled egg
- One cup black coffee or herbal tea
LUNCH
- 1 small boiled rajma beans
- 1 bowl Brown rice
- A bowl of salad with tomatoes, onions, cucumbers topped with salad dressing
- Glass of water
SNACKS
- One cup plain yogurt with honey
- one cup strawberries
- one tablespoon almonds
- Tea or black coffee
DINNER
- Baked and spiced tofu
- A bowl of salad with tomatoes, onions, cucumbers topped with salad dressing
- Warm water with lemon juice
